abc33 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "abc33" refers to the online gaming platform operated at abc33.club, including all sub-pages, services, games, and promotional content made available thereon.
• "Platform" means the abc33 website, mobile-optimized site, and any associated application through which services are delivered to Players.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the abc33 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

To be eligible to open and maintain an abc33 Account, you must satisfy each of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. abc33 makes no representations that its services are lawful in your specific jurisdiction, and it is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
3. You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in these Terms.
4. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction preventing you from doing so.
5. You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or trustee for any third party.
6. You have not previously had an abc33 Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
7. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any person employed by abc33 or its affiliated entities.

abc33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the abc33 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. abc33 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must notify abc33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. abc33 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access that result from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

abc33 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

All transactions on the abc33 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). abc33 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited via bank transfer or e-wallet are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmed receipt by abc33's payment processor. abc33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of three minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless abc33 specifically approves an alternative method in writing. abc33 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request.

• Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled system maintenance windows may experience delays of up to two hours.

• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements being fully satisfied prior to processing.

The following general bonus rules apply across all abc33 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

1. Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring.
2. Bonus Funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full.
3. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Bonus Funds that expire before the Wagering Requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
4. Game contribution percentages toward Wagering Requirements vary by game type. Sportsbook bets, live casino tables, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets may each contribute at different rates as specified in the individual promotion terms.
5. abc33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already claimed and are actively meeting the Wagering Requirement for that promotion at the time of its withdrawal shall not be adversely affected.
6. Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension.

By placing any bet or wager on the abc33 Platform — whether on sportsbook markets, live casino tables, slot games, or togel draw markets — you acknowledge and accept the specific rules applicable to that product category. Game-specific rules are accessible from within each game or betting interface.

Sportsbook: All sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with abc33's published sports betting rules. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or result dispute, abc33's trading team will apply the relevant rule as published and its decision shall be final. abc33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous or clearly incorrect price.

Live Casino: Live casino games are supplied by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming. Game outcomes are determined by the respective provider's certified systems. abc33 accepts no liability for outcomes arising from provider-side technical interruptions, provided that affected rounds are settled in accordance with the provider's documented interrupted-game policy.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the abc33 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

abc33 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where abnormal or potentially harmful gambling patterns are detected, without prior notice to the Player. abc33 will never encourage a Player to increase their wagers or continue playing beyond their stated limits.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the abc33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of all Account Balances, without compensation:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or the Platform infrastructure to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent manipulation of game or betting outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process fraudulent payment transactions, or circumvent financial reporting obligations.
• Depositing funds using a payment method not registered in your own name or without the explicit authorization of the account holder.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software, content, or data.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing abc33 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the abc33 Platform — including but not limited to the abc33 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of abc33 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any abc33 content without prior written consent.

Game content supplied by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abc33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Where abc33's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, abc33's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the aggregate amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Closure by You: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting abc33 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Closure by abc33: abc33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• abc33 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• A Player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal requirements oblige abc33 to restrict access to its services.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a reputational or financial risk to abc33.

Upon termination for breach, abc33 reserves the right to withhold Account Balances pending investigation. Where a Player is found to have acted fraudulently, balances may be permanently forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which abc33 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits abc33's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect abc33's legitimate interests, including the prevention of fraud or unauthorized use of the Platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

abc33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, abc33 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent in-platform notification at least seven days before the change takes effect, unless the change is required immediately by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the abc33 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.
